For those of you in my hometown, Sydney AU, the fight against global warming has just recently brought you a delicious new eatery. Perks of the gig I guess. Also, compared to some of our other featured projects, this one is in our own backyard.
Did you see on TV, the way kids in the UK and US were unable to name a tomato when they saw one in the flesh? Shocked me a bit! It’s certainly not their fault they haven’t eaten that many greens and even I’ll admit, I’ve had difficulty finding a neagreen patch I’m satisfied with to grow some vegies in, in my city suburb. But attitudes towards urban gardening are changing dramatically.
As far as I’m concerned, it’s beer that makes the world turn round. Not love, not cuddles, not fluffy clouds but BEER. For millions of people this is the stuff that gets us through the day... the thought of an icy one after work certainly pumps me up for the nine to five.
